BPJS Patients Get Special Treatment at Pasar Minggu RSUD

Speed and quality service at Pasar Minggu District General Hospital (RSUD), South Jakarta are improved continuously. Even for patients who registered with BPJS can get special treatment.

Just need 15 seconds, patient data will automatically detected and can be served quickly.

"Especially for old BPJS patient or already registered before, no need a long time for administration process. Just need 15 seconds, patient data will automatically be detected and can be served quickly. While for new BPJS patients, they must bring recommendation letter from Puskesmas when they need treatment," said Caroline Sulaksito, Director of Pasar Minggu RSUD, Tuesday (1/31).

Even though it has been operated for about 1 year, but patients who came to get some treatment at Pasar Minggu RSUD can reach 1,000 patients per day, and 80 percent of them are BPJS patients. The system applied is very modern too. Registering to medical recording are using online system.

"Our service must be better than in private hospital. That is why we developing our service to its optimal," she added.

Caroline continued that most of the patients are elderly who need medical rehabilitation. Commonly the elderly patients suffered internal disease like heart disease, neuralgia, and so on.

Pasar Minggu RSUD have 460 beds for inpatient. There are also 23 polyclinic, either general or specialist. Visit hour for patient is at 5 PM to 7 PM everyday.

Sukma (35), admitted that she feels comfortable to bring her parent to get treatment at Pasar Minggu RSUD. Even her parent get in to ICU and must get dialysis treatment, she is not charged any expense.

"In here there are no sullen-faced nurse, the doctors also kind. So, we feel comfortable and appreciated in here," she closed.
